In downtown Fort Lauderdale, there are many fun things on Las Olas Boulevard. For example, Las Olas holds an Art Walk on the third Thursday of every month. It's comparable to a festival, having many of the typical things you'd expect from one, but it's smaller than a festival you may see once a year. There's also an event held at the end of November each year called Christmas on Las Olas Boulevard. Enjoy fun Christmas events and treats you won't get any other time of year.
 
Las Olas Beachside Park is a popular park that attracts just about everyone in Fort Lauderdale. You can sit on the beach and take in the ocean view, or you could go swimming and/or participate in watersports.
